Due to his admitted drug abuse history, should Obama be required to undergo drug testing if elected?

Since Obama freely admits that he used cocaine and other drugs, and statistics show that 75% of those who use cocaine become addicted while only 25% are able to kick the habit …. should Obama be required to have random drug tests to hold public office? The military requires random testing on soldiers, and even McDonald’s test their employees.
