Did people think I had a drug addiction?

I have a mental illness I don’t disclose to anyone. When I have worked and at the employment agency I went to, I am worried they thought I had an addiction. I had poor concentration, poor memory, and poor social skills but I did ok. Would it be that noticeable? I am very anti drug and always have been. Would you think I was on drugs?
